This machine removes sludge, solid contamination, varnish and lacquer using its surface filters installed in series and by six KLAROL depth filters.
A centrifuge is given additionally for cleaning low viscosity oils with major solid contamination. The use of centrifuge is to remove contamination quickly and to increase the life of  Klarol surface and depth filters.

This machine removes sludge, solid contamination, varnish and lacquer using its surface filters installed in series and by four KLAROL depth filters. If the medium is changed from fiber glass to cellulose KLAROL depth filters absorb water.

The oil is first cleaned by the surface filters i.e. up to 149 microns by the washable suction filter and up to 10 microns by a filter installed after the pump. It is then cleaned by the KLAROL fiber glass or cellulose depth filters. It enters (zoom the cross section) the depth filter from the bottom. Here the compressed fiber glass medium removes high amount of solid contamination down to less than a micron. Sludge, varnish and lacquer are also removed by this filter. If the oil is contaminated with water, fiber glass filters are replaced with cellulose filters which are used to absorb the same. Clean oil exits from the oil outlet. Continuous cycling can remove contamination down to NAS 4. Filter change is done by removing the top cover and is easily done.

The Klarol gear oil cleaning machine is specially equipped with heaters to ensure cleaning of highly viscous gear oils. This machine can also be used to clean other high viscosity lubricating oils. The heaters provided in this machine help to reduce the viscosity of oil by heating the same in a controlled environment before passing it through a series of fiber glass depth filters.
