Oil Cleaning Systems
| We manufacture and market the patented KLAROL Oil Cleaning Systems, used for cleaning different industrial oils. Used in diverse industries, Klarol can be used for removing solid contaminants, liquid contaminants and air and gases from mineral, synthetic and fire resistant fluids. Klarol has been tested for increasing engine oil life by one of the premier petroleum research institute of world, The Indian Institute of Petroleum, Dehradun (IIP). Klarol has been extensively field tested to successfully clean different kinds of oils. |

| KLAROL is a new concept in oil cleaning systems. It has been designed keeping in mind the limitations of the normal full flow and by pass oil filters. Its ability to remove solid contaminants down to one micron and liquid contaminants, like lighter fractions of un-burnt fuel and water from the engine oil while the oil is still in use helps to protect the essential additives and chemicals of the oil. An engine oil which is free from harmful contaminants and has its useful additives over the minimum prescribed limit can be used for a very long time. |

| KLAROL Turbine Oil Purification Systems are being successfully used by companies like Jaypee hydropower project in Joshimath, Indo Gulf Fertilizers, Jagdishpur, Daurala Sugar Mills and many more turbine users. In Indo Gulf Fertilizers, KLAROL Oil Purifying System installed on a 22000 litres turbine oil tank helped to increase turbine filter life by removing varnish formed in the oil and stopping its further formation by removing emulsified water and releasing the gas ammonia from the oil. Similarly in Jaypee hydropower KLAROL could clean the oil down to NAS 4,removing contamination and emulsified water down to less than 50 ppm, ensuring that there was no valve sticking problem in their governing system. Both these companies were unable to achieve these results with the use of a centrifuge. |

| KLAROL Oil Cleaning System can remove contamination down to less than one micron, water, air & gases and lower oxidized molecules of oil from hydraulic oils. KLAROL can be installed permanently on any hydraulic power-pack as a by-pass oil cleaning unit. It can be installed with a pressure reducing valve taking oil inlet from the high pressure machine oil circuit or it can be installed with a separate pump / motor to take out oil from the parent tank. KLAROL can also be used as a mobile machine to clean oil in a number of machines. |

| KLAROL Oil Cleaning Systems can also be used to clean other industrial lube oils like gear oils, transformer oils, hydraulic water glycol, honing oils. compressor oils, synthetic oils, spindle oils,high viscosity lubricating oils, morg oil and fire resisting fluids. |

| KLAROL Oil Cleaning Systems can purify oil down to NAS 4, from more than NAS 12. They are capable of removing sludge, varnish & lacquer from all oils. These systems can also remove emulsified water from oils down to less than 50 ppm. Klarol Oil Purifier is also capable of increasing life of engine oil as clearly demonstrated by an engine oil sample test report (attached below) of the Indian Institute of Petroleum Dehradun. |
